Camp SuperHero offers volunteer opportunities to all kids who will be entering grades 5-12 in the upcoming school year.

Each summer, superheroes unite for positive change

Camp SuperHero is open to all kids who will be entering grades 5-12 in the upcoming school year. Our group of SuperHeroes, led by a member of the Volunteer Center staff and our Teen Leaders, will work together to complete a unique volunteer activity each day of camp. We might get our hands dirty planting trees at a nature conservancy or have fun playing board games with seniors. We can guarantee that your young Superhero will find their POWER to make an IMPACT!

Small Capes, Big Impact

Camp SuperHero began in 2014, with one goal in mind — get more kids volunteering! We know that when people start volunteering at a young age, they are more likely to volunteer as adults. They make new friends, discover new interests, and are invested in their communities for a lifetime.

Camp SuperHero is a tribute to the late Doug Ziegler, who lived his life as a true superhero, never backing down from an opportunity to make our community a better place.
